Construction Project Manager

Trillium Construction is now seeking a Construction Project Manager in Madison, IL!

Pay rate is $40–$50/hour + Company Vehicle. Seeking a Project Manager to manage construction projects from preconstruction through completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and within scope.

Key Responsibilities:
-Manage projects, schedules, and subcontractors
-Review drawings and proactively resolve issues
-Handle RFIs, submittals, and shop drawings
-Manage change orders, takeoffs, and pricing
-Assist with estimating and preconstruction
-Track progress, budgets, and project documentation
-Maintain client and vendor relationships

Requirements:
-3–5 years of PM or similar experience
-Strong knowledge of construction and estimating principles
-Proficient with project management software (AutoCAD a plus)
-Strong communication, organization, and analytical skills
