Class A Truck Driver
Trillium Drivers is hiring CDL A Drivers with Hazmat endorsements and Flatbed experience!
This is an over the road position that is 45 days out then home for 10 days at a time. You can live anywhere in the United States, you are flown in and out when needed, there are also Houston and Alaska hubs if you live near there and do not want to fly. Trucks and Orientation are in Seattle WA so if you live there, you also do not need to fly. This position requires 6 months of flatbed experience, and Hazmat endorsement. Doubles and Triples endorsements are a plus but not required. This position does run into Canada so you will need a TWIC card, and a passport. To get into Canada you cannot have anything on your criminal background as well.
Orientation is in Seattle Washington and is 3-5 days depending on your experience, you will stay in a hotel near orientation which is covered by the company. Orientation pay is $250 per day.
Pay for this position is 27% of the linehaul revenue, which goes up to 29% of linehaul revenue after 90 days with the company. Expected average salary on the low end is $82k per year.
You are out 45 days and then home for 10 days, you are given a hotel reimbursement of $115 per week and typically stay at a hotel one night per week on the company, the other nights you will be staying in the sleeper berth.
This position offers medical, vision, and dental. This position has a 401k that becomes active after 90 days with the company.
This is a full time Direct Hire position where you can really grow with the company, this company is very interesting and has additional opportunities for growth and advancement, some include: Heavy Haul Division, Ice Road Trucking in Alaska, and they have a Government Contract Division as well that you would have to get clearance for. This is a great way to get in and then get into one of these other divisions if you wanted.
