Seeking a highly driven Onsite Infrastructure Manager to lead day-to-day on-site execution activities in Springfield, OH!

Base: $130K – $165, plus bonus. This role is critical to ensuring the successful delivery of hyperscale and AI-ready infrastructure—on time, on budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety.

This is a hands-on, field-based leadership role requiring strong coordination across general contractors, subcontractors, engineering teams, OEMs, commissioning agents, and internal stakeholders. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and has deep experience delivering mission-critical or large-scale infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities
Site Leadership & Execution
• Serve as the primary onsite representative for all infrastructure delivery activities at the Springfield campus
• Oversee daily site execution activities, ensuring alignment with project schedules, milestones, and deliverables
• Monitor contractor performance, productivity, and adherence to scope

Project Coordination
• Act as the central liaison between delivery, engineering, design, and operations teams
• Coordinate with general contractors, subcontractors, commissioning agents, and vendors to resolve field issues quickly
• Lead daily/weekly site meetings, progress reviews, and reporting

Schedule & Budget Management
• Track project schedules and proactively identify risks to timelines
• Support cost control efforts, change order review, and budget tracking
• Escalate risks and delays with recommended mitigation strategies

Quality Assurance
• Ensure all work meets design specifications, industry standards, and company expectations
• Conduct regular site inspections and enforce quality control processes
• Support commissioning readiness and turnover to operations

Safety & Compliance
• Enforce strict adherence to OSHA regulations and site safety protocols
• Promote a culture of safety across all contractors and vendors
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal infrastructure regulations

Stakeholder Communication
• Provide clear, concise reporting to leadership on project status, risks, and milestones
• Maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners
• Support executive-level updates as needed

Qualifications & Requirements
Required
• 7–12+ years of experience in infrastructure delivery, including familiarity with MEP systems (mechanical, electrical, plumbing), especially critical systems (power, cooling)
• Proven experience managing on-site execution for complex, multi-phase hyperscale or mission-critical projects

Strong knowledge of:
•    Infrastructure delivery methods, scheduling, and sequencing 
•    Safety regulations (OSHA) 
•    Contract administration and change management

• Ability to read and interpret design drawings, specifications, and technical documents
• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills 

Preferred
• Experience in hyperscale data center or AI infrastructure builds
• Experience working in fast-track or startup environments
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
