Dispatch Assistant

Trillium Drivers is now seeking a Dispatch Assistant in Lansing, MI for a temporary need, lasting through the end of the year!

Pay rate is $21 - $22 per hour with OT after 40 hours

Schedule:
-Working Days: Monday - Friday with a Saturday rotation
-Shift: 1st Shift 5:00am - 2:00pm
-Hours:  8 - 9 hours per day

Position Overview:
-Collect and organize driver log sheets at shift change.
-Data Entry, strong attention to detail and accuracy is a must.
-Answering phones.
-Ability to use Microsoft Suite efficiently.
-Miscellaneous administrative tasks that are assigned.

Qualifications:
-Valid Drivers License
-1+ years of Administrative and/or Dispatch experience preferred. 
-Ability to pass pre-employment screenings that includes THC testing. 
-Clean Background.
