Human Resources Assistant

Trillium Staffing is now seeking a bilingual Recruiter / Human Resources Assistant for direct-hire in the local area!

Schedule is 1st shift (Monday – Friday). Annual salary is $45,000 – $60,000 (Based on experience).

Core Responsibilities
· Active Recruiting: Manage the full hiring cycle, focusing on finding hardworking individuals who take pride in their work and fit our tight-knit culture.
· Creative Sourcing: Think outside the box to find talent. You will go beyond traditional job boards to build relationships within the local community workforce.
· Onboarding: You will lead the onboarding process, ensuring every new hire feels prepared, welcomed, and supported from day one.
· Growth Advocacy: Promote our commitment to professional advancement, helping candidates understand the training and long-term career paths we offer.
· Team Support: Work closely with leadership to ensure staffing needs are met, maintaining a positive and collaborative environment.

Requirements
· Bilingual Fluency: Fluency in Spanish and English is required.
