CNC Machinist
Trillium Staffing Solutions is hiring experienced CNC Machinists for a reputable manufacturer in Saginaw, MI!
This is a direct-hire opportunity with competitive pay, steady hours, and long-term growth. Pay: $22+/hr. (Based on Experience) + 16% Shift Premium (Nights).
Top 3 Responsibilities
-Set up and operate multi-axis CNC mills from start to finish
-Perform tool changes, offsets, and machine calibrations
-Read blueprints and apply GD&T to produce precision parts
Schedule Options
-Day Shift: Monday – Friday, 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM
-Night Shift: Monday – Thursday, 4:15 PM – 4:45 AM (+16% premium)

-Machine parts for a variety of industries
-Ensure quality and precision standards are met
-Work with a team in a clean, well-maintained facility

Qualifications
-3+ years of CNC machining experience (mills preferred)
-Strong blueprint reading and GD&T knowledge
-Ability to complete full setups and run jobs independently
-High School Diploma or GED
-Machine Tool training preferred
-Experience with multi-axis CNC equipment
