Mechanical Assembler
Trillium Staffing is currently seeking 1st & 2nd shift Mechanical Assemblers for a Direct Hire Mechanical Assembler opportunity with a leading manufacturer in the Sturgeon Bay area.
This Mechanical Assembler role focuses on building large-scale, custom-engineered equipment used in marine and industrial applications.
Mechanical Assembler Responsibilities
-Assemble parts and subassemblies to build large custom equipment
-Install engines, pumps, tires, conduit, and hydraulic systems
-Assemble and install components including wiring, hoses, and hydraulics using power tools and hand tools
-Lift, move, and stack completed assemblies and parts
-Operate overhead and jib cranes to position materials
-Support additional duties as assigned

Schedules:
-1st Shift: Monday–Thursday | 6:00AM–3:00PM; Friday 6:00AM–12:00PM
-2nd Shift: Monday–Thursday | 2:30PM–1:00AM (3-Day Weekend)

Mechanical Assembler Qualifications
-Ability to read and interpret blueprints
-Previous mechanical experience or strong mechanical aptitude required
-Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
-Ability to lift up to 50 lbs unassisted
