Site Manager
Incredible opportunity for a proven Site Manager for this direct opening with a new Columbus area company!
The Site Manager will be responsible for managing delivery, installation and commissioning of industrial and rail systems at clients sites. Sites will be primarily in the United States with some international travel to Canada and Italy. Duties will include managing the activities of mechanical and electrical technicians, both internal and external. The Site Manager will manage relationships with clients while onsite, maintain daily reporting and recording keeping, ensure safety and compliance and relevant regulations in regard to OSHA, EPA and similar. The Site Manager will manage audits, lead safety training sessions, toolbox talks and similar.
This position requires a high level of travel - 80%. Travel will be multiple weeks at a time. All costs covered. Pay range will be between $110-$130k annually. Position is located in Columbus, OH and will be in office when not traveling.

To be successful in this role the Site Manager will bring:
-Experience in similar role managing sites/projects for installation of industrial and rail equipment, systems and assemblies
-Strong technical knowledge in mechanical and electrical assembly including installation, troubleshooting and commissioning
-Willingness to travel domestically and internationally up to 80% of the time
-Proficiency in project planning/site management software such as MS Project or similar
-Strong leadership skills
-Experience with customer interface
