CNC Machinist

Trillium Professional Staffing is now hiring Precision CNC Machinists for a direct hire opportunity in Rancho Cordova, CA!

Pay Range: $22 – $31/hr (Based on Experience)
Shifts: Swing Shift & Weekend Shift (Multiple Openings!)

Are you a skilled CNC Machinist looking for a clean, professional environment and a stable career in the medical device industry? We are partnering with a premier manufacturing leader to hire experienced Machinists for their California facility. No “Swiss” experience required—we are looking for solid Mill and Lathe professionals!

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:
-General CNC Machining: Setup and operation of 2 & 3-axis vertical mills and/or lathes.
-Quality Excellence: Use precision inspection tools (calipers, micrometers, height gages) to ensure parts meet strict medical tolerances.
-Process Optimization: Adjust feeds and speeds, perform tool changes, and manage offsets to maintain production flow.
-Collaboration: Work alongside a world-class team of engineers and programmers to solve problems and hit production goals.

REQUIREMENTS:
-Experience: 2–5 years of CNC Machining experience (Operating or Setup).
-Skills: Solid understanding of G-code, blueprints, and GD&T.
-Tech Savvy: Familiarity with controls like Fanuc, Mazak, or Haas.
-Physicality: Ability to stand for the duration of the shift and lift up to 50 lbs.
