Inside Sales Representative

Trillium Drivers is now seeking a Customer Service / Inside Sales Representative in Dallas, TX!

Pay rate is $20/hour. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:00/4:30 PM.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Customer Service / Inside Sales Representative to support daily operations in a fast-paced environment. This role is responsible for managing customer orders, coordinating deliveries, and ensuring smooth communication between departments.

Key Responsibilities:
-Process customer orders (phone, walk-in, and electronic)
-Accurately enter and verify orders, including credit approvals
-Coordinate order fulfillment, including pulling, packaging, and delivery prep
-Route daily delivery trucks based on customer needs and timelines
-Handle counter sales, returns, credits, and cash transactions
-Generate delivery manifests and maintain route sheets
-Monitor backorders, trouble queues, and order status daily
-Maintain inventory records and communicate restocking needs
-Coordinate with purchasing, warehouse, and vendors on order status
-Support sales team with daily order deadlines
-Ensure proper handling of COD and credit-approved orders
-Provide professional and timely customer communication

Qualifications:
-High school diploma or equivalent required
-5+ years of experience in customer service, inside sales, order entry, or inventory control
-Strong computer and data entry skills
-Excellent communication and organizational skills
-Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
-Willingness to work overtime as needed
-Previous supervisory experience preferred
-Industry experience in alterations or dry cleaning is a plus
