Crane Operator - Per Diem Offered

Trillium Construction is now hiring Crane Operators in the West Haven, CT area!

Trillium is hiring CT state licensed Crane Operators for heavy civil/highway work in West Haven, CT.  This specific project is for new construction on I-95 Northbound on and exit ramps near West Haven.  Will be adding overpasses as well.  Long term project but needs for operator will be around 6 months, and have the opportunity to move around to a couple of different sites with the same company in the state of CT.

The pay is $86.59/hour and per diem of $125/day worked to those that qualify!  This will ensure the applicants are able to work on any state DOT projects. Candidates should have experience in heavy civil/highway construction. Candidates will be driving piles, helping with steel erections and bridge construction.  Will be working Mon-Saturday 10-hour shifts during the day.  Can start ASAP!

- Operators must be able to run/operate an 85-ton RT efficiently
- Must have NCCCO/NCCER certifications and a CT state license from the Dept. of Administrative Services.  
- Should be able to operate both hydraulic and friction cranes.
- Should also have OSHA 10.  
- Must be able to pass all pre-employment screens
- Must wear all PPE required for the job
- Reliable transportation to and from the site
- Must be able to run prechecks and maintenance and diagnostics on their own equipment.  
- Need to understand and comply with all company and state safety policies and procedures.
