Warehouse Operators needed ASAP in Liverpool, CA for a contract opportunity!
Potential for Full-Time Hire! Schedule is Mid-Shift, 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM or 1:30 AM - 10 AM. Pay rate is $25-$28/hour (based on experience) with a Shift Differential: $0.75/hour.

The Warehouse Operator is responsible for the daily staging, picking, packing, and shipment of materials using appropriate equipment. This role also includes loading trucks and ensuring all orders meet customer and quality specifications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Pick and stage materials for order fulfillment
- Break down bulk inventory into customer-specific quantities
- Package materials according to customer requirements
- Operate forklifts and/or overhead cranes to move materials
- Load outbound shipments onto trucks
- Complete shipping/receiving documentation and system entries
- Maintain productivity standards for order fulfillment
- Follow all safety procedures and guidelines
- Perform additional duties as assigned

Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of warehouse or similar experience preferred (forklift operation)
- Crane experience is a plus
- Ability to pass a skills assessment (reading, math, measurement, attention to detail, problem-solving)
- Basic math and computer skills
- Ability to meet physical requirements, including lifting up to 50 lbs regularly
- Ability to pass a physical exam (vision, hearing, mobility)
- Consistent attendance and punctuality
- Previous metals industry experience is not required
- Selected candidates may be enrolled in a registered apprenticeship program as part of onboarding
