Maintenance Technician

Trillium Staffing is hiring a Maintenance Technician to perform maintenance, repair, and installation of plant machinery and facility systems. This role involves working with electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems while supporting production and minimizing downtime.

Principal duties and responsibilities will include:
• Installing power supply wiring, conduit, and equipment for machinery such as robots, conveyors, and programmable controllers.
• Connecting and testing electrical systems using diagnostic tools to ensure safety and functionality.
• Troubleshooting and repairing machinery, including motors, transformers, relays, and control systems.
• Diagnosing mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues and replacing faulty components as needed.

The Maintenance Technician positions are available on 1st shift, 6am – 2pm, Monday – Friday, and 3rd shift, 10pm – 6am, Sunday – Thursday. Overtime may be required based on production needs. Pay is based on experience but will range from $20-$28/hour. 3rd shift is eligible for a 15% shift differential. Positions are full-time and temp-to-hire. Qualifications
• High school diploma or GED required
• Associate’s degree in a technical field or 2+ years of industrial maintenance experience preferred
• Experience with electrical systems, PLCs, and automated machinery is a plus
• Strong troubleshooting skills across mechanical and electrical systems
