Software Developer
Trillium is seeking a Software Developer in Maumee!
This Direct-Hire opportunity is perfect for a developer who thrives on building practical, business-driven solutions inside a collaborative manufacturing environment. In this role, you’ll design and enhance core ERP functionality, develop clean and scalable Java/Spring and Angular applications, optimize SQL/database performance, and partner directly with stakeholders across every department.
You’ll also spend your first 60–90 days learning the company’s products, processes, and workflow end-to-end—giving you a deep understanding of how your work impacts real operations. This is a high?visibility position with meaningful technical ownership and long-term stability.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Develop, enhance, and maintain ERP system components and integrations
-Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions
-Write clean, efficient code across Java/Spring, Angular, and SQL
-Troubleshoot and resolve application issues quickly and effectively
-Optimize SQL queries and database performance
-Participate in code reviews and contribute to best practices
-Support deployment, DevOps processes, and system performance improvements
-Engage with multiple departments during onboarding to understand full business workflow
SKILLS:
Required:
-Strong Java development experience (Spring Framework, JPA/Hibernate)
-Angular front-end development
-Advanced SQL and query optimization
-Linux experience
-Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
Preferred:
-MySQL DBA experience
-ERP, CRM, or Salesforce system experience
-Eclipse RCP exposure
-AWS and/or Terraform familiarity
-Flutter mobile development
-Linux system administration
SCHEDULE:
-1st Shift / Full-time
-On-site for the first year
-Hybrid eligibility after year one
Must be a U.S. Citizen or hold a valid work visa due to DoD customer requirements
RATE:
-$100,000 – $140,000 DOE
