Millwright - Per Diem Offered

Trillium Construction is seeking an Industrial Ag Millwright near York, ND. 

This role will focus on the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of grain handling systems, including conveyors, transitions, and spouting. The ideal candidate is safety-focused, mechanically skilled, and comfortable working in fast-paced, physically demanding environments.

Key Responsibilities
•    Install, maintain, and repair grain handling equipment including conveyors, transitions, spouting, and related systems 
•    Perform preventative maintenance and inspections to ensure optimal equipment performance 
•    Diagnose mechanical issues and perform timely repairs to minimize downtime 
•    Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and layout drawings 
•    Align, assemble, and install equipment according to specifications 
•    Weld, fabricate, and modify components as needed 
•    Work at heights, in confined spaces, and in varying environmental conditions 
•    Follow all safety protocols and OSHA regulations 
•    Collaborate with supervisors, contractors, and other trades on-site 

Pay: Up to $35
Per Diem: $140 / day for days worked
Schedule: Mon - Fri, 50h+ / week

Qualifications
•    Minimum of 5 years of millwright experience in agricultural or industrial settings 
•    Strong experience with conveyors, transitions, and spouting systems required 
•    Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring instruments 
•    Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics 
•    Welding and fabrication experience required 
•    Knowledge of grain handling systems and processes is a plus 
•    Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills 
•    Ability to work independently or as part of a team 

Preferred Certifications
•    OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 
•    MSHA Certification 
•    Fall Protection / Aerial Lift Certification
