Plumber - Per Diem Offered

Trillium Construction is seeking experienced Journeyman Plumbers for commercial projects in Columbus, Ohio.

Pay rate is $32.00 per hour plus $100 per day per diem (6 days per week). Schedule is 50+ hours per week, Monday–Thursday: 6:00 AM – 3:30 PM, Friday: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM and Saturday: 6:00 AM – 12:00 PM.

This is a steady, long-term commercial opportunity for dependable journeyman plumbers who take pride in quality craftsmanship and want consistent work on active projects in the Columbus, Ohio area.

-Skilled plumbers with strong commercial construction experience who are able to work independently from blueprints, drawings, and project specifications with limited supervision.
-Candidates must be proficient in the installation of cast iron, PVC, copper, and steel piping systems for water, waste, and vent applications.
-Strong experience with ProPress systems and soldering is required.
-Additional required experience includes layout, rough-in and finish plumbing, installation of hangers and supports, proper drainage slope, and system assembly in accordance with commercial building codes.
-Candidates must be able to troubleshoot, coordinate with other trades, and maintain high-quality workmanship in active jobsite environments.
-Must be able to interpret and execute work from blueprints and specifications independently, with a strong understanding of jobsite safety standards, sequencing, and commercial construction practices. 
-Minimum 6 months of recent, verifiable commercial plumbing experience required.
