Trillium Staffing has openings for Machine Operators in Morton, IL! Immediate need!

Trillium Staffing is hiring multiple Machine Operators. As a Machine Operator you’’ be running equipment that turns raw material into real parts used across a number of industries. Duties will include operating machines like mills, presses, tube benders, saws and other fabrication equipment. Machine assignments can vary based on skill level and experience.

Additional responsibilities will include:
•  Read and interpret blueprints to ensure accurate part production. 
•  Load raw materials and properly position components for machining operations. 
•  Adjust machine settings as needed to maintain efficient and consistent production. 
•  Inspect finished parts using precision measuring tools to verify quality and specifications. 
•  Grind and deburr parts to remove imperfections and ensure a clean finish. 
•  Count, stack, and prepare completed parts for the next stage of production. 
•  Perform routine preventative maintenance on machines to support optimal performance. 
•  Complete additional duties as assigned in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Positions are available on 3rd shift, 10:30pm – 6:30am, Sunday through Thursday. Overtime may be required on Fridays. Pay will range from $20 - $28/hour, based on experience, and 3rd shift employees will earn a 15% shift differential for off-shift work. Workers hired for 3rd shift may be asked to train on 1st or 2nd shift for up to 4 weeks. Positions are full time, temp-to-hire. Qualifications
•  HSD or GED 
•  Machine operation experience preferred but not required
•  Good with computers
•  Ability to lift 50lbs regularly
