Project Engineer

Trillium Construction is now seeking a Project Coordinator in Abilene, TX!

We are seeking a detail-oriented Field Engineer / Project Coordinator to support the Superintendent on an active construction site in Abilene, TX. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced field environment while managing project data, costs, and logistics.

The primary focus of this position is tracking job site costs, monitoring equipment usage, and assisting with project documentation including change orders.

Must have relevant experience with:
-Prepare, track, and process change orders
-Maintain accurate records of job site activities and materials
-Use Microsoft Excel and Office Suite to manage reports and project data
-Communicate with vendors, subcontractors, and internal teams as needed

Pay rate is $25–$27 per hour. Work is expected to last for 1+ years. Schedule is Monday - Saturday  50 - 58/week.

Qualifications:
-Construction experience preferred (field or office)
-Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office Suite
-Highly organized with strong attention to detail
-Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
-Strong communication and problem-solving skills
-Comfortable working on an active construction job site
-Must be able to pass pre-employment screenings
