Safety Manager
Trillium Construction is now seeking Safety Managers for direct-hire!
Must be able to travel internationally. Annual salary is $120k/year, depending on experience.
What You Will Do:
-Plan, implement, and oversee project safety programs to meet contract and regulatory requirements
-Develop safe work plans with project leadership for all phases of work
-Ensure compliance with OSHA and applicable safety standards
-Conduct daily safety inspections and document findings
-Lead safety orientations for new hires
-Advise field teams on safety policies and procedures
-Monitor site housekeeping for a safe work environment
-Serve as safety liaison with owners, subcontractors, and third parties
-Prepare safety reports and investigate incidents/accidents
Working Conditions:
-Full-time, construction environment with travel required.
-Must be able to perform physical tasks (climbing, lifting 50+ lbs, confined spaces, heights, and varying weather conditions).

Requirements:
-High school diploma/GED + 5+ years of safety management experience
-Strong communication and organizational skills
-Working knowledge of OSHA and EM385-1-1 standards
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Certifications:
-Ability to obtain U.S. Secret Security Clearance
-OSHA 30, CHST preferred
-First Aid/CPR and Competent Person training preferred
