Quality Control Manager

Trillium Construction is now seeking Quality Control Managers for direct-hire!

Candidates must be able to travel internationally. Annual salary is $120k/year, depending on experience.

What You Will Do:
-Manage contract compliance and implement the project quality control program
-Identify quality issues and ensure corrective actions are taken
-Coordinate with owners, subcontractors, and regulatory agencies on quality matters
-Perform and document inspections, testing, and construction activities
-Issue deficiency reports and track resolution
-Maintain project documents (drawings, specs, RFIs, submittals, as-builts)
-Inspect materials, equipment, and workmanship
-Develop punch lists and support final inspections

Working Conditions:
-Full-time, construction environment with travel required.
-Must be able to perform physical tasks (climbing, lifting 50+ lbs, working in confined spaces/heights, and varying weather conditions).

Requirements:
-Strong communication and computer skills (Microsoft Office, web-based tools)
-High school diploma/GED + 10 years of QC or project management experience (degree preferred)
-Must be able to obtain a U.S. Secret Security Clearance
