Machine Operator needed in Green Bay, WI for a 2nd shift opportunity!

Trillium Staffing is currently seeking a Converting Machine Operator for our client in Green Bay! Experienced operator assistants encouraged to apply, but the company is willing to train!  The Machine Operator position is responsible for maintaining production while overseeing coaters and additional line equipment. 

Job duties for the Machine Operator:
-Prepare base stock and install in the unwind as needed
-Monitor machine operation and packaging product accurately and timely
-Maintains communication with supervisors and fellow team members
-Complete appropriate paperwork

This is a permanent, contract to hire Machine Operator role with a great organization in the area. The standard 2nd shift hours are Monday – Friday, 1:00 pm - 9:00 pm.  Starting wage ranges based on experience level, $18-20/hour.  If interested in this position and you meet the requirements below, apply now!

Qualifications:
-Machine operator experience in a paper or non-woven converting environment, strongly preferred.
-Prior manufacturing experience. 
-Experience operating roll-handling equipment or forklifts, preferred. Willing to train.
-Basic math and measuring skills.
-Experience conducting quality checks.
