Senior Electrical Project Engineer
Trillium is seeking a Senior Electrical Project Engineer in Cincinnati!

This Direct-Hire role offers full ownership of the electrical design process—from initial load calculations through stamped construction documents—while serving as a senior technical leader within the firm. You will report directly to the Electrical Engineering Department Manager and play a key role in solving complex design challenges, mentoring junior engineers, and influencing technical direction across major projects.

Key Responsibilities:
-Lead electrical system design for large industrial and commercial facilities
-Design low and medium voltage power distribution systems
-Specify advanced lighting and lighting control systems
-Coordinate electrical systems supporting mechanical and refrigeration equipment
-Collaborate within an integrated A/E environment from concept through construction administration
-Produce, review, and stamp complete construction documents
-Mentor and support junior engineering staff
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 1st Shift | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM. Compensation: $130,000+ Depending on what you bring to the team!

Qualifications:
-Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (BSEE)
-Active Professional Engineer (P.E.) license required
-10+ years of electrical design experience in industrial or commercial buildings
-A/E consulting experience strongly preferred
-Ability to independently lead projects and deliver high-quality construction documents
-Strong communication and leadership skills
