Warehouse Operations Manager

Tremendous opportunity for experienced Warehouse Operations Managers to join an established and growing team in Groveport!

The Warehouse Operations Managers will oversee several Supervisors and associates across a variety or clients and or departments in s 3PL DC/FC.  Duties will include hiring, training, work planning, directing work and similar. 

This is an onsite, permanent role with multiple shifts:
-1st 6-7a - 2:30-3:30p
-2nd 3p - 11:30p
-3rd 9p-5:30a

Must be flexible for overtime and other shift work as need, particularly during peak season. 

Pay rate will be:
-1st - $95k
-2nd/3rd - $100k
-Strong bonus plan, equity and robust benefits.

To be successful in this role, the Warehouse Operations Managers will have:
-5+ yrs distribution and fulfillment warehouse experience
-3+ yr leadership experience in warehouse environment, preferably a 3PL (3rd party logistics)
-Experience Operating WMS (warehouse management system
-HSD or equivalent
