Equipment Operator

Trillium Construction is currently seeking an experienced Equipment Operator with a valid Massachusetts Hoisting License in Peabody, MA! 

In this role, you will be responsible for unloading and moving materials, ideally assist with carpentry assembling and erecting pre-engineered metal building systems including structural steel frames, roof systems, wall panels, and related components. 

Job Responsibilities:
•    Operate hoisting equipment (telehandler, forklift, lull, etc.) to:
•    Move materials around the jobsite
•    Lift and position materials for installation
•    Support steel erection activities
•    Perform general labor duties, including:
•    Loading/unloading deliveries
•    Jobsite cleanup and organization
•    Assisting with layout and preparation work
•    Tool and equipment handling
•    Maintain clear communication with ironworkers and supervisors to ensure safe lifts and workflow coordination
•    Follow all site safety protocols, including fall protection, rigging awareness, and equipment operation standards

Pay rate is $93.13/hr. Schedule: Monday- Friday, 7am to 4pm. Apply now!

Qualifications:
- 1+ years of equipment operator experience
- Experience working with structural steel or metal building systems and be comfortable working at heights in an active construction environment.
- Valid MA hoisting License
