Electrical Foreman

Trillium Construction is seeking a Commercial Electrical Foreman for long-term work in the Baltimore, Maryland area. 

This position focuses on small commercial and tenant fit-out projects with steady, long-term work and consistent hours.

Responsibilities:
-Run small commercial electrical projects from start to finish (foreman level)
-Perform layout, plan reading, and material takeoffs
-Coordinate with other trades and field personnel
-Lead crews of 1–3 electricians on active job sites
-Install MC cable and EMT conduit
-Install and troubleshoot 0–10V lighting controls and basic fire alarm systems
-Walk jobs with inspectors and ensure code compliance

Pay rate is $35 - $45/hour depending on experience. This is long-term, stable commercial work and is an opportunity to run projects and take on increased responsibility.

Requirements:
-Must hold a valid Maryland Journeyman Electrician license
-7+ years total electrical experience (journeyman level or higher)
-3+ years experience running work as a foreman or lead electrician (foreman candidates)
-Strong commercial and tenant fit-out background
-Ability to read blueprints, perform takeoffs, and manage field production
