Sales Representative
Trillium Staffing is hiring a motivated Sales Representative to grow and manage a local territory in North Burlington NC.
This is a direct-hire role for a self-driven sales professional who treats their territory like their own business. You’ll work independently while staying connected to multiple company locations across the Midwest for support.

This position offers a limited guaranteed base salary plus an uncapped commission structure, giving you significant earning potential based on your performance. The North Burlington territory is well-positioned for growth and rewards a strong business development approach.
Schedule
-1st Shift
-Monday–Saturday
-Every Sunday off + one additional weekday off
Compensation
-$30,000–$40,000+ base salary
