Trillium Staffing is now seeking a 2nd Shift CNC Swiss Machinist in Hudson, NH!

We are seeking a skilled CNC Swiss Machinist for a permanent, full-time role within a premier medical technology manufacturing environment. This position is critical to the production of high-precision components used in life-saving medical markets, including robotic surgery, orthopedics, and surgical instrumentation.

Schedule & Compensation
-Shift: 2nd Shift (Monday – Friday, 3:00 pm – 11:30 pm)
-Type: Full-time, Permanent
-Pay: $25 - $35/hr Competitive hourly rate + Shift Differential 

Core Responsibilities
-Machine Operation: Safely operate CNC Swiss machines to produce complex components according to strict blueprints and specifications.
-Quality Assurance: Utilize high-precision measuring tools to ensure all finished parts comply with functional and quality tolerances.
-Compliance: Maintain production logs and records in accordance with ISO 9001 and ISO 13485 medical device standards.
-Maintenance: Perform routine equipment inspections, basic adjustments, and alignment checks to ensure optimal performance.
-Safety: Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized workspace.

Requirements
-Experience: Minimum of 6 months of direct experience as a Swiss CNC Machine Operator or Machinist.
-Inspection Skills: Hands-on experience with advanced metrology equipment (CMM, optical comparators, and high-precision digital measuring systems).
-Quality Standards: Proven ability to perform detailed quality inspections to verify parts meet tight tolerances.
-Work History: Minimum of three years of verifiable professional work history.
-High school diploma or equivalent.
-Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
