Mechanical Engineer

The Mechanical Engineers will design custom machine automation systems and solutions. Innovative projects across a wide variety of industries with global reach!
Mechanical Engineers will design and develop automation systems, machines and mechanisms used in industrial environments.
Activities include: Produce 3D Models, layout, assembly level and detail drawings utilizing Solidworks and Free Body Diagrams, Perform Engineering Calculations (speeds, horsepower, temperature, pressure, force, etc.), Analyze drawings and specs to determine dimensions, hardness, etc., ensure design is robust, functional and cost effective, prepare timing diagrams, prepare BOMs, and similar.
We are seeking multiple Mechanical Engineers - Entry, Intermediate and Sr. These will begin as contract positions and can be contract to hire
Entry Level - 1-2 years experience - $28-43/hr ($60k-90k when hired)
Intermediate - 3-6 yrs experience - $44-52/hr. ($95k-$115k when hired)
Senior - 7+ yrs experience - $53-67/hr ($120-$140k when hired)
One-site role in Polaris area of Columbus. If you are interested in working with innovative technology, building machines and systems that are new concepts and disrupt conventional operating and production strategies, this could be for you!
To be qualified for this role, the Mechanica Engineer will have:
-2+ yrs Mechanical Design Engineering experience
-Experience with automated industrial equipment/systems such as conveyors, pick and place, EOT tooling and similar
-Design focus
-Ability to produce high level, high volume calculations
-2+ yrs Solidworks experience
