Production Worker
Trillium Staffing is now seeking Production Workers in Kalamazoo, MI!
Pay rate is $16/hour. Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM.
We are seeking a reliable Production Associate to hang and rack metal parts for the finishing process. This role is essential to ensuring parts are properly prepared for coating, plating, or painting while maintaining quality and efficiency standards.
Key Responsibilities:
-Hang, rack, and remove metal parts according to production requirements
-Ensure proper spacing and placement for optimal coating/finishing results
-Inspect parts for defects or damage before and after processing
-Maintain a steady workflow to meet daily production goals
-Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE
-Keep work area clean and organized
-Assist with unloading, packaging, or moving finished parts as needed

Qualifications:
-Comfortable lifting up to 30–50 lbs as needed
-Previous manufacturing or production experience is a plus, but not required
