Skilled Laborer

Trillium Construction is seeking for data center racking installers for a 3-month project out in Atlanta GA.

Location: Atlanta, Georgia
Duration: 3 months
Level 2 Pay: Up to $24/hr
Level 3 Pay: Up to $28/hr
Schedule: Monday–Saturday, 6:00-5:30pm, 63 hours/week

Responsibilities (All Levels):
-Data center experience preferred. Support general construction activities, including assembly, installation, site preparation, and material handling.
-Perform basic tasks such as loading and unloading materials, using tools, and maintaining clean, organized work areas.
-Assist with the installation of racks, containment systems, cabling pathways, and steel framing.
-Travel to project sites as needed and maintain flexibility to support varying work schedules and project timelines.
-Safely operate hand tools and basic power tools in accordance with instructions and safety guidelines.

Qualifications:
-Level 2: 6 months to 1 year of experience in general labor or construction.
-Level 3: 1 to 2 years of experience in general labor or construction.
-Experience in data centers is preferred.
-Able to pass background check to obtain a yellow badge and preemployment screenings.
-OSHA 10, fall protection, and scissor lift certified (or willing to obtain certifications).

PPE Needed:
-Level 2 Hard hat with chin strap
-Impact gloves and gloves with cut level 5 or above
-Steel toe boots
-Safety googles and vest

Tools Needed:
-Razor knife
-Screwdriver
-Cordless impact drill
-Ratcheting Wrench
