Diesel Mechanic

Trillium Drivers is now hiring a Diesel Mechanic for a direct hire opportunity in the Cincinnati, OH area!

This is a full-time, long-term position with a stable company offering consistent hours and competitive pay.

Schedule: Candidate must have on-call availability. Ideal flexibility would allow for standard maintenance to be conducted during evening shift.

Pay: Salary at 80,000 annually

Job Responsibilities:
-Perform diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on commercial motor vehicles, including:
-Class A tractor-trailers
-Class B vehicles (dump trucks, straight trucks, etc.)
-Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems
-Conduct preventative maintenance and inspections to ensure DOT compliance
-Complete brake, engine, transmission, and suspension repairs
-Maintain accurate service records and documentation
-Respond to on-call service needs as required

Qualifications:
-Proven experience working on Class A and Class B commercial vehicles
-ASE Diesel Mechanic Certification
-Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
-Knowledge of diesel engines, electrical systems, and hydraulics
-Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
-Valid driver’s license (CDL preferred but not required)
-Ability to pass pre-employment screenings
