Construction Foreman

Trillium Construction is seeking skilled construction foremen to support a data center project for 3 months in Dallas Texas.

Location: Garland, Texas
Duration: 2 months
Pay: Up to $45/hr
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 40 hours/week

Key Responsibilities:
-Oversee a crew of 3–6 installers, providing guidance, supervision, and quality control.
-Perform hands-on installation work more than 50% of the time, including racks, containment systems, and pathway systems.
-Review construction drawings, specifications, and field execution plans to ensure project compliance.
-Review submittals, shop drawings, and detailing relevant to assigned project areas.
-Order miscellaneous materials and initiate RFIs as required.
-Maintain a safe, organized, and efficient work environment.

Qualifications:
-Minimum 4 years of experience in data center installation.
-Able to pass background check and pre-employment screenings to receive a yellow badge
-OSHA 10, fall protection, and scissor lift certified (or willing to obtain certifications).
-Must be able to work in an active data center
