Safety Representative

Trillium Construction is hiring for Safety Representatives in Sparks, NV to help oversee site safety on a data center project in the area.

The project is expected to last 4-6 months, working 40 hours a week, and paying up to $50/hr!

Duties:
-Enforce and maintain compliance with OSHA regulations, including OSHA 30 standards
-Implement and oversee Lockout/Tagout (LO/TO) procedures, with a focus on electrical systems
-Conduct routine job site safety audits, inspections, and hazard assessments
-Lead safety meetings, toolbox talks, and training sessions for field personnel
-Investigate incidents, near-misses, and unsafe conditions; recommend corrective actions
-Collaborate with project teams to ensure safe execution of electrical work
-Maintain accurate safety documentation, reports, and compliance records

Qualifications:
-Minimum 5 years of safety experience, or a minimum 3 years of safety experience with either a CHST certification, or an Associate’s -Degree in Occupational Safety or related field
-OSHA 30 certification
-Lock Out/Tag Out certification
-Proven electrical safety background, including hands-on experience with LO/TO procedures in electrical environments
