Skilled Laborer

Trillium Construction is seeking skilled racking Installers to support a data center project for 2 months in Dallas Texas.

Pay rate is up to $28/hr. Schedule: Monday–Friday, 40 hours/week.

Key Responsibilities:
-Assist with general construction, assembly, installation, preparation, and material handling in data center environments.
-Perform basic tasks such as loading materials, handling tools, and maintaining clean, organized work areas.
-Support installation of racks, containment systems, cabling pathways, and related components.
-Assist with basic electrical tasks under supervision, including pulling wire and mounting boxes.
-Travel to project sites and work flexible schedules as required to meet project milestones.
-Operate hand tools and basic power tools safely, following all instructions and safety protocols.

Qualifications:
-1–2 years of experience in general labor or construction; experience in data centers is preferred.
-Able to pass background check to obtain a yellow badge and pre-employment screenings.
-OSHA 10, fall protection, and scissor lift certified (or willing to obtain certifications).
-Must be able to work in an active data center.
