Treasury Specialist
Trillium Staffing is now seeking a Treasury Specialist for direct-hire in Grand Blanc, MI!
We are seeking a customer-focused Treasury Specialist to support the delivery, implementation, and ongoing service of treasury management products. This role partners with internal teams and business clients to assess cash management needs, recommend solutions, and ensure a seamless onboarding and support experience.
Key Responsibilities:
-Consult with business clients and internal teams to identify cash management needs and recommend appropriate treasury solutions
-Support onboarding and implementation of treasury services, including ACH, wire transfers, remote deposit capture, and fraud prevention tools
-Educate clients on product features and ensure effective adoption and utilization
-Provide training and ongoing support for treasury platforms and services
-Resolve account-related issues, including online banking access, transactions, and payment inquiries
-Assist with proposals, presentations, and client-facing documentation
-Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies
-Support reporting, data analysis, and documentation of processes and procedures
-Assist with audits, reconciliations, and discrepancy resolution
-Contribute to system implementations, product enhancements, and process improvements
-Act as backup support for daily treasury operations as needed
-Occasional travel may be required

Qualifications:
-Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field preferred
-3+ years of experience in treasury management, commercial banking support, or cash management
-Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
-Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other business systems
-Excellent communication and customer service skills
-Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
-Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
