Treasury Analyst
Trillium Staffing is now seeking a Treasury Analyst for a direct-hire in Grand Blanc, MI!
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Treasury Analyst to support deposit growth, optimize cash management performance, and deliver tailored Treasury Management solutions to business clients. This role partners closely with lending, operations, and internal teams to identify opportunities, analyze financial needs, and recommend effective products and services.
Key Responsibilities:
-Identify and support treasury growth opportunities within the existing business portfolio
-Analyze account activity and recommend appropriate cash management solutions
-Provide consultative support to business clients, ensuring effective use of treasury products
-Perform financial analysis including cash flow reviews, account analysis, and pricing evaluations
-Assist with proposals and presentations in collaboration with internal teams
-Oversee daily treasury operations, including cash activity, wire transfers, ACH processing, and reconciliations
-Investigate and resolve discrepancies and operational issues
-Develop and maintain reports related to financial performance, product strategy, and operational efficiency
-Support process improvements to enhance accuracy, timeliness, and overall effectiveness
-Conduct risk assessments and recommend appropriate account limits and controls
-Maintain documentation, procedures, and compliance with regulatory requirements
-Participate in system implementations, product rollouts, and process enhancements
-Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve data integrity and reporting capabilities
-Stay current on industry trends, regulations, and treasury technologies
Occasional travel may be required. Schedule is 1st shift and the pay rate is $40-$45 per hour.

Qualifications:
-Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related field
-5+ years of experience in treasury management, financial analysis, or cash management
-Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) designation preferred
-Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
-Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with financial systems
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
-Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
