Equipment Operator - Per Diem Offered

Trillium Construction is in need a Skilled Small Equipment Operator/Laborer to Work with the Lining Crews.

Duties include:
-Move Dirt and Material around the jobsite.
-Must be used to working outside during Cold and Heat days.
-Site Cleanup, Removing Dirt & Mud from all Drainage Areas, Removal and Installation on new Pond Liners, Delivering Pumps and Hoses to the Pond Crews. Breakdown Pallets, and removal of Site Trash.

Start Date 04/20/2026, Monday – Saturday working 50 – 58 Hours per week. Pay rate $28/hr plus Per Diem (if you qualify) $150/day – Paid 7 Days. Travel Mileage is $0.60/mile.

-Must be proficient in Running Bobcat Equipment, Dump Trucks and Front-End Loaders
-Must have reliable transportation
-You must have OSHA 10, & Hazwopper 40 (if you don’t have, they can be provided to you at no cost) Training will be paid on your first check.
