Crew Supervisor

Trillium Professional is now seeking a Crew Supervisor in Alcoa, TN!

Key Responsibilities:
-Training will be done on 12 hour shifts during the day.  12 hours rotation shifts, days or nights 530A – 530P. Rotational shift schedule will be a 3-2-2-3. Candidate must be comfortable with the night shifts.
-Supervise and coordinate daily activities of production crew members on the manufacturing floor.
-Lead daily shift meetings to review goals, recognize achievements, and address concerns.
-Ensure safety, quality, cost and production standards are met by assigning tasks, monitoring progress, and adjusting workflows as needed.
-Promote and enforce safety standards and company policies to maintain a safe working environment.
-Train and mentor new and existing team members on equipment operation, safety protocols, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
-Conduct quality checks and ensure products meet specifications and compliance standards.
-Communicate effectively with maintenance and quality assurance to resolve issues and minimize downtime.

-Facilitate training and skill development to build a flexible and resilient team.

Skills: You have: (required)
-3+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
-1+ year of leadership or supervisory experience in operations.
-Strong understanding of lean manufacturing principles, safety regulations, and quality control.
-Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
-Proficient in using manufacturing software and Microsoft Office.

Exceptional Candidates also have: (preferred)
-Experience in Aluminum manufacturing operations.
-Strong problem solving and communication skills in order to communicate with all levels of the organization required.
-Good computer skills including use of Microsoft Office.
-Requires a progressive thinker who can initiate change.

Education: You have: (required)
-High school diploma or equivalent.
-Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States. -Verification of employment eligibility will be required at the time of hire. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.

Exceptional Candidates also have: (preferred)
-Technical training or associate degree preferred.
