Maintenance Technician

Trillium is now hiring Maintenance Technicians in Oahu, HI!

We are seeking skilled and motivated Maintenance Technicians to join our team at both entry and advanced levels. These roles are critical in maintaining facility operations, ensuring high-quality workmanship, and supporting team development.

Key Responsibilities:
-Perform basic plumbing and electrical troubleshooting
-Complete wall framing and drywall work (including Level 5 finish)
-Install and repair cabinets and countertops
-Conduct floor tile repairs
-Install and maintain drop-ceiling grid systems
-Independently complete standard maintenance work orders
-Coordinate minor vendor repairs as needed
-Provide guidance and mentorship to Tech 1 team members

Pay rate is $25–$35 DOE. Apply now!

Requirements:
-3–10 years of relevant maintenance experience
-Trade-specific certifications or tickets as required
-Working knowledge of plumbing and electrical systems
-Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
-OSHA 10 or OSHA 30
