Trillium is now hiring Journeyman and Master level Electricians in Oahu, HI!

We are actively hiring Journeyman Electricians both non-licensed Journeyman and state Licensed Journeyman to support maintenance on commercial projects. These roles offer the opportunity to work on a wide range of electrical systems while advancing your career within a strong team environment.

Tech 2 – Journeyman Electrician (Mid-Level)

Key Responsibilities:
-Install, repair, and troubleshoot commercial electrical systems
-Work on lighting, power distribution, switches, outlets, and basic control systems
-Ensure all work complies with NEC and local electrical codes
-Complete service work orders independently
-Support and mentor apprentice electricians
-Compensation: $26–$33/hour

Tech 3 – Senior Journeyman / Master Electrician Track

Key Responsibilities:
-Independently manage complex electrical installations and troubleshooting
-Work with advanced systems including 480V, emergency power, fire alarms, and controls
-Lead small crews and oversee project execution
-Coordinate with vendors and project stakeholders
-Provide mentorship and technical training to junior team members
-Compensation: $34–$41/hour

-State Apprentice Electrician card (if applicable)
-OSHA 30 certification preferred
-Tech 3 – Senior Journeyman / Master Electrician Track
-5+ years or 10,000+ hours of commercial electrical experience

-5+ years or 10,000+ hours of commercial electrical experience
-Active State Journeyman Electrician License
