Trillium is seeking a Senior Electrical Project Engineer in Cincinnati!

We are looking for a Senior Electrical Project Engineer to join an integrated A/E team in Cincinnati, delivering high-profile industrial and commercial projects with construction values reaching $500M for global, household-name brands.
This is a role for a seasoned engineer who wants to own the design process from initial load calculations to final stamp, while serving as a technical pillar for the firm. Reporting directly to the Electrical Engineering Department Manager, you will apply advanced engineering judgment to solve sophisticated design hurdles, mentor junior talent, and drive innovation in a culture that truly invests in your long-term professional mastery.

Job Responsibilities:
-Lead & Architect: Direct multi-discipline teams in preparing comprehensive construction drawings and technical specifications for massive-scale facilities.
-Technical Authority: Design low- and medium-voltage power distribution, advanced lighting control systems, and integrated controls for mechanical/refrigeration equipment.
-Full-Cycle Oversight: Partner across an integrated A/E environment to support project execution from conceptual feasibility through construction administration.
Schedule is 1st Shift / Monday – Friday / 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM. Annual salary is $115,000 - $130,000, depending on experience.

-Credentials: BSEE and an active Professional Engineer (P.E.) license are required.
-Expertise: 10+ years of deep-dive design experience in large industrial/commercial buildings (A/E consulting background is your ace in the hole).
-Leadership: Proven ability to independently produce complete construction documents (CDs) and a commitment to mentoring the next generation of engineers.
