Electrician

Trillium Construction is seeking a Journeyman Electrician near Dover, TN. 

Key Responsibilities
· Install and connect electrical service from the utility source to the manufactured home Set and wire meter bases, service panels, and disconnects
· Run and terminate service entrance conductors (overhead or underground)
· Connect the home’s electrical system to the main service panel
· Ensure proper grounding and bonding of the home and service equipment
· Coordinate with the municipalities for inspections
· Verify proper voltage, phase, and load capacity for the home
· Install feeders between pedestal, pole, or main service and the home
· Install breakers, circuits, and distribution panels as needed
· Make final connections for HVAC systems, water heaters, ranges, and other major appliances
· Connect exterior components such as service pedestals, disconnects, and outdoor outlets
· Ensure proper sealing and weatherproofing of all exterior electrical components
· Test all electrical connections for safety and functionality
· Verify grounding system integrity and continuity
· Check for proper breaker labeling and circuit distribution
· Prepare the system for final inspection and Certificate of Occupancy (CO)
· Ensure all work meets National Electrical Code (NEC) and local/state requirements
· Follow all safety protocols when working with live or potentially energized systems
· Use proper personal protective equipment (PPE)
· Maintain compliance with utility and jurisdictional requirements
· Complete permits and inspection documentation as required
· Communicate with project managers, installers, and inspectors
· Document any issues, changes, or field adjustments
· Troubleshoot electrical issues during or after installation
· Assist with service upgrades or corrections if required by inspectors
· Maintain tools, equipment, and materials inventory

Qualifications
-Licensed in at least one state (IL, IN, KY, MD, NC, OH, PA, SC, VA, WV) with 3 years of experience.
-Must be willing to take the necessary steps to become licensed in multiple states and must be willing to travel as needed
