Plumber

Trillium Construction is seeking a Journeyman Plumber near Dover, TN. 

Key Responsibilities
•    Install and connect water supply and sewer lines to manufactured homes 
•    Tie the home’s plumbing system into municipal or private water and sewer systems 
•    Ensure proper alignment, slope, and secure connections for all piping 
•    Run water service lines from the main source (city connection or well) to the home 
•    Install and connect shut-off valves, pressure regulators, and backflow preventers (if required) 
•    Connect to the home’s main water inlet 
•    Test water pressure and inspect for leaks 
•    Install sewer lines from the home to municipal sewer or septic system
•    Ensure proper grading and slope for drainage in accordance with code 
•    Install cleanouts and vents as required 
•    Connect and seal all drain, waste, and vent (DWV) systems 
•    Excavate trenches for water and sewer lines as needed 
•    Coordinate with site prep crews and other trades 
•    Backfill and secure trenches after inspections 
•    Perform pressure testing on water lines 
•    Conduct leak tests on drain and sewer systems 
•    Verify proper drainage and flow 
•    Prepare systems for local inspections and Certificate of Occupancy (CO) 
•    Ensure all work complies with local plumbing codes and regulations 
•    Follow safety procedures for trenching, excavation, and confined spaces 
•    Use appropriate materials and installation methods for longevity and durability 
•    Complete required permits and inspection documentation 
•    Communicate with project managers, inspectors, and utility providers 
•    Troubleshoot and resolve plumbing issues during installation 
•    Make adjustments required by inspectors or site conditions 
•    Assist with final walkthroughs and punch list items 
•    Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean work site

Qualifications
-Licensed in at least one state (IL, IN, KY, MD, NC, OH, PA, SC, VA, WV) with 3 years of experience.
-Must be willing to take the necessary steps to become licensed in multiple states and must be willing to travel as needed
