HVAC Installer

Trillium Construction is seeking Journeyman HVAC Installers near Dover, TN. 

Key Responsibilities
•    Install heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems in manufactured homes according to the manufacturers installation manual. Primarily these systems are either split systems, package units, or heat pump.
•    Connect systems to electrical wiring, fuel lines, and water supply as needed 
•    Ensure all installations meet local building codes and safety regulations 
•    Test HVAC systems after installation to ensure proper operation 
•    Trouble shoot when necessary
•    Calibrate thermostats and control systems 
•    Inspect for leaks, airflow issues, and system efficiency 
•    Operate hand tools, power tools, and specialized HVAC equipment 
•    Use gauges and testing devices to measure pressure, airflow, and temperature 
•    Safely handle refrigerants and follow EPA guidelines 
•    Follow all OSHA safety standards and company safety policies 
•    Properly handle hazardous materials (like refrigerants) 
•    Maintain a clean and organized work environment

Qualifications
-Licensed in at least one state (IL, IN, KY, MD, NC, OH, PA, SC, VA, WV) with 3 years of experience.
-Must be willing to take the necessary steps to become licensed in multiple states and must be willing to travel as needed
