Carpenter

Trillium Construction is seeking Finish Carpenters for a project in Fargo, ND to perform high-quality finish work on commercial construction projects.

This role focuses on the installation and detailing of interior woodwork and trim to meet project specifications and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities
•    Install doors, frames, and hardware 
•    Hang cabinets, countertops, and casework 
•    Install baseboards, crown molding, trim, and paneling 
•    Read and interpret blueprints, shop drawings, and specifications 
•    Measure, cut, and assemble materials with precision 
•    Ensure all work meets quality standards and project timelines 
•    Coordinate with other trades on-site to maintain workflow 
•    Maintain a clean and safe work environment 

Pay rate is up to $35/hour. Schedule: Mon - Fri,  40h+ / week. Apply now!

Qualifications
•    Proven experience in commercial finish carpentry 
•    Strong knowledge of carpentry techniques, tools, and materials 
•    Ability to read blueprints and layout work accurately 
•    Proficient with hand and power tools 
•    Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship
