Manager of Business Intelligence (BI)
Trillium Professional is now seeking a Manager of Business Intelligence for a direct-hire opportunity in Rutland, VT!
This is a hybrid position working 2-3 days onsite.
Manager of Business Intelligence to lead and evolve its BI function. This role blends strategic leadership with technical execution, focused on driving BI strategy, delivering analytics, and enabling data-driven decision-making across the organization.
This is a high-impact role with visibility across senior leadership, requiring someone who can both lead a team and stay close to the data.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead development and execution of enterprise BI strategy and multi-year roadmap
• Partner with business and executive stakeholders to define analytics priorities
• Deliver dashboards, reporting, and data visualizations to support decision-making
• Oversee data analysis, trend analysis, and predictive modeling initiatives
• Establish and maintain data governance and data quality standards
• Build, manage, and mentor a BI team (analysts, developers, partners)
• Remain hands-on with BI tools, reporting, and data architecture
• Leverage modern analytics tools, including AI/ML, to enhance insights and self-service capabilities
Annual salary is $130-160k/year plus bonuses. Apply now!
Required Experience & Skills:
• 5–7+ years leading BI or analytics teams
• Proven ability to build dashboards, reporting solutions, and analytics frameworks
• Ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights
• Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Strong hands-on experience with:
-Power BI
-SQL
-Data architecture / data warehousing
