As a Welder, you’ll work with cutting-edge equipment, master advanced welding techniques, and grow your career in a supportive, hands-on environment. Whether you’re starting out or bringing years of experience, there’s a place for you on our team. Pay rate is $28/hour!
What You’ll Do
-Create with Skill: Perform welding and cutting operations with precision using GMAW, FCAW, GTAW, SMAW, plasma, and oxy-fuel processes. Bring blueprints to life while following Welding Procedure Specifications.
-Maintain Excellence: Keep equipment, tools, and your workspace in top condition to ensure safe, high-quality work every day.
Read, Measure, Excel: Interpret blueprints and weld symbols, take accurate measurements, and deliver work that meets strict quality standards.
-Lead & Grow (Level II/III): Mentor junior welders, troubleshooting equipment issues, and drive continuous improvement in your work and the team.

What We’re Looking For
-Experience & Education: High School Diploma or GED; technical training or equivalent experience:
-Level I: <2 years
-Level II: 2+ years
-Level III: 5+ years
-Physically Able: Comfortable standing, bending, lifting up to 50 lbs., and working in a dynamic welding/fabrication shop.
