Production Supervisor

Production Support Engineer position located at our client location in Bristol, Indiana who is leading manufacturer. This is a direct hire opportunity with a pay range of $25.00 to $27.00 an hour. This is an entry level position working on the floor with the production team. This role will involve production operations and improving manufacturing processes. Ensure quality, safety, and regulatory compliance. First shift position with a schedule of 5:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. with some OT.

Main Responsibilities for the Production Support Engineer:

Provide on-site engineering support for production
Read engineering drawings and use measurement tools (tape measure, micrometer, caliper)
Troubleshoot and resolve production issues with teams
Drive process improvements and workflow optimization
Support training of production staff
Assist with safety and ergonomic improvements
Handle engineering change requests and technical support

Requirements for the Production Support Engineer:

Must have experience in large assembly (cars, boats, trailers, etc.)
2–4 years in production engineering or similar role
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (preferred) Not a requirement
Proficiency in SolidWorks or AutoCAD
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
