Telehandler Equipment Operator - Per Diem Offered
Trillium Construction is now seeking a Telehandler / Magnilift Operator for a direct-hire placement in College Station, TX!
The Telehandler (Magnilift – Model RTH 13.85) Operator is responsible for the safe and efficient operation of telescopic material handlers to lift, move, and place materials on construction sites. This role supports job site productivity by ensuring materials and equipment are transported and positioned accurately while maintaining strict safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
-Operate telehandler or Magnilift equipment to lift, move, and place materials at various heights and distances.
-Transport materials such as roofing supplies, pallets, equipment, and tools across the job site.
-Position loads safely on rooftops, scaffolding, or elevated work areas as directed.
-Perform daily equipment inspections and complete safety checklists prior to operation.
-Maintain clear communication with ground crews, project managers, and other operators using hand signals or radios.
The pay rate is $35/hr plus Per Diem when Traveling out of town for hotel & $40.

Qualifications
-Experience operating telehandlers, reach forklifts, or Magnilift equipment.
-Valid equipment operator certification (preferred).
-Knowledge of load charts, lift capacities, and safe lifting practices.
-Ability to read site plans and follow lift instructions.
-Strong awareness of job site safety and hazard recognition.
-Ability to communicate effectively with crew members.
-Reliable attendance and ability to work in outdoor conditions.
