We’re seeking an experienced Recruiter to join our team and help drive our continued growth. This is a fully remote opportunity, giving you the flexibility to work from anywhere while making a real impact in the transportation and logistics workforce.

What You’ll Do
As a Recruiter, you’ll play a critical role in identifying, attracting, and supporting top driving talent while ensuring exceptional service for our clients.
Key responsibilities include:
-Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified drivers to meet client needs.
-Serve as a key liaison between drivers and client companies to ensure high-quality service and satisfaction.
-Follow up with clients and drivers to confirm successful placements.
-Resolve employee issues such as pay discrepancies, working conditions, counseling, or disciplinary matters.
Ensure complete and accurate documentation for all field staff, including:
-New hire paperwork
-I-9 forms
-Reference checks
-Social Security verifications
-Criminal background checks
-Client-required documentation
-Maintain regular communication with current and prospective clients to understand hiring needs and strengthen relationships.

Qualifications
• High School Diploma or GED
• Previous Staffing experience is preferred.
• Previous service industry experience
• Transportation Staffing experience is preferred but not required
